Insurance:

I am an out-of-network mental health provider. Upon request, I will provide you with a superbill for out of network documentation and reimbursement depending on your insurance.​

Appointments:

I offer both in-person and Telehealth sessions in Connecticut and Rhode Island.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Same-day cancellations will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.

 

Privacy Policy:

I follow all HIPAA guidelines.
